About me

Hi, I’m Holly. I’m a dietitian and eating disorder clinician with a passion for health and fitness, sport and helping people.

I became passionate about sports nutrition as an amateur triathlete about 15 years ago, which inspired me to complete a degree in nutrition and dietetics. Later, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology helped me better understand the connection between mind and body, and the psychological aspects of food and eating. I’m currently working on a masters thesis looking at how social psychology influences food choices.

I love sport and have dabbled in many, including triathlon and adventure racing; cycling; road, trail and ultramarathon running; mountain biking; sailing; netball and soccer.  Along the way I’ve had my fair share of physical and mental health challenges, providing valuable insight into many clients’ experiences.

I’ve worked with elite cyclists, triathletes and AFL players as a dietitian and I love the technical challenge of fuelling high-performing sportspeople. However, I strongly believe that anyone can attain a balanced, healthy and happy lifestyle, regardless of their shape, size, genetics, gender, culture or sporting prowess. Let me help you reach your goals!
